Apprenticeships Are Us Ltd is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation. It helps young school leavers, disadvantaged youth, and the broader community begin successful careers in the automotive industry. Our mission is clear: create sustainable career pathways. We connect apprentices with trusted host employers and provide continuous support. This includes mentoring, life skills training, and on-the-job assistance.
Our unique Group Training Organisation (GTO) model allows us to stay hands-on. We work closely with both apprentices and host businesses, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success. Additionally, we actively engage in career fairs, trade expos, government forums, and vocational education groups. This keeps us connected with industry developments.
We also focus on holistic support. Apprentices receive mentoring, employability training, and life skills development. Alongside this, formal education is delivered through partnerships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). This balance ensures apprentices gain both practical and theoretical knowledge.
Moreover, we foster strong relationships with schools, industry partners, and government bodies. Our collaboration with schools prepares students for apprenticeship opportunities. Meanwhile, partnerships with businesses help meet the demand for skilled workers in the automotive sector.

CAPRICORN
Capricorn is a member-based organisation operating by cooperative principles to support business within the automotive industry. As a preferred supplier, Apprenticeships Are Us clients better manage their businesses by saving time through a single trade account and consolidated billing.
AEN
The Group Training Association of NSW & ACT Inc, trading as The Apprentice Employment Network NSW & ACT (AEN) is the peak body representing a network of independent, not-for-profit Group Training Organisations (GTOs) in NSW and ACT.
GTOs are located in metropolitan, regional and remote areas and over 100,000 businesses have used a GTO to manage the employment of their apprentices and trainees.
